Staff were friendly, especially Jincy at breakfast who always had fresh omelets. Spa facilities included a hot tub and massage services, very rejuvenating!

The beautiful Arabian-themed decor throughout the Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah, An Ihg Hotel, was enchanting. I particularly appreciated the wide hallways and accessible facilities, making it easy for seniors like myself to move around comfortably.
