Exceptionally comfortable and impressive hotel located in a wonderful area not far from the breakfast, the Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah and a beautiful beach surrounded by coconut trees. Hospitality from the whole staff. Great way to end our trip.

The hotel was relaxing, overall clean offered large breakfasts and had an ideal location next to the beach with lovely gardens. A triple room with an incredible view of the sea and the pool, I had requested this in advance. Location: the venue was near to the Crowne Plaza and the beachfront and swimming or water sports. I ate in the outdoor restaurant nearby...

Belonging to an international network makes itself felt - good management and sufficiently high standards of service quality. hotel is not very small and not the newest, it is cozy, old-fashioned and well maintained. staff of the hotel is trying and I noticed it. From the reception staff I would like to single out Nazri - a very mature young man, who is really able to help in not the most trivial situation and always polite and calm... mattresses and bed linen are beautiful, room has everything you need including a kettle, an iron and an ironing board. high quality of cleaning has also made us happy. beach is beautiful, but, of course, not for active swimming (strong waves), walks along the coast - a great pleasure - the bright smell of the sea, sound of waves, invisible space and tiniest, white sand. By the way, Al Balid Archaeological Park and Museum are within walking distance. To the city - by taxi (in front of the hotel - their parking), hotel itself has a car rental (as well as a tour bureau). Relatively close to the residential area are cafes (simple at all) and a small mini-market. If you go further (to the right, if the back to the exit of the hotel), you can find the usual residents of major cities - Like cafe with a coffee machine and there Discovery cafe with good food. By the way, quite good coffee is made in the hotel lobby. I liked the food. Breakfasts are thorough, good, good pastries, freshly squeezed juice and smoothies. food ordered from the pool bar on the beach is also quite good. most of all I was impressed by Darbat restaurant - the menu is small, food is perfectly cooked and portions are not Moscow at all with good service. Please note that the prices are tax-free, so the final score is not a surprise. fitness center is small, divided into cardio zone and power room, everything you need is available. sauna is also there... Basically, I'd stop there some other time.
The biggest disadvantage that was noticed during the stay was the lack of security at the entrance, in the lobby and some kind of control. Thus, the crowd of day pass guests impressed, coming every morning with about 20 people. Young people from Britain, with brought with them packages of beer like "sharp canopies" from somewhere in the same area, sat down by the pools, on the beach and frankly disturbed the calm atmosphere of the hotel and simply prevented the relaxed rest of many guests created by the noise and noise, with screams, screams and screams, and outgoing aggression. And, understandably, they were throwing their backpacks where they would have to, creating a natural station. By nightfall, they'd get trashed, and it wasn't even pleasant to pass by. It's clear that the hotel makes extra money, but there must still be some kind of face control. In general, it's a bad idea to let such an audience into a hotel without any decent behavior. Paying not the smallest money for staying at the hotel, yet you count on a pleasant environment, silence, safety and respectable environment.

Hotel for a quiet holiday. Those who need drive, fun, drive, not to this hotel. I will begin with a life)))) hotel is not new, very well-groomed, pleasant atmosphere, all clean, did not find dirty places. rooms are cleaned perfectly, beds were changed in a day, towels every day, there were no problems. Even after cleaning, Staff was very helpful. staff was very responsive, any request was solved instantly. Especially I would like to mention at the reception desk a girl Aitan, who speaks many languages, including Russian, helped us a lot. She helped us with any questions, even on her weekend off (who would like to know more). About food - fed tasty, we took only breakfast, dinner at a local restaurant, o-oh very tasty and not expensive (Lebanese cuisine, who cares, I will tell you) On the beach opened a new restaurant OB (Ocean Blue), modern, tables on the beach, variety of food. On service - waiters - attentive, long wait is not necessary. Plates and appliances are clean. On pools there is a standard bar-menu. comfortable hotel, well-groomed, it is convenient that you can relax on deck chairs throughout the territory, problems with towels and place no. comfortable sofas near the pool and on grass. Music is not loud, nice. About the beach, sand-super, bottom of the gentle sand, water is very warm. It would be desirable to note the young man Azar, he works in the diving center, organizes interesting excursions by sea to dolphins. It would be desirable to pay attention still to massage - balijkas work, I recommend. Resume hotel for people who are tired of megacities, offices and people. relaxation is complete. I got complete relaxation. People are really in this hotel-work for our vacation, is now rare.

best location in this area which is unique in all of the Gulf, the other two hotels are either too far away or too near to some industrial facilities. Nice restaurant by the beach, decent cuisine
probably some organized tour to show the attractions would have given this hotel a better value. Other than that it can too easily be compared with other locations in the world whit a better value for money approach, if limited to a nice hotel by a nice beach and that's all.

The garden view room was spacious and well-maintained. The attentive service at the restaurant, especially the delicious smoked salmon. There were some delays with room service that needed improvement, and we encountered occasional noise from nearby events. The friendly staff and beautiful surroundings made for a wonderful escape.

Clean, quite, very comfortable huge bed, good location in front of the Arabian Sea, suitable for families with kids.
Food selection is very poor, even no fresh juice; room rate and quality of food definitely do not worth of spent money; too dim light in room; some facilities in room did not work properly; hotel staff has to offer more help to guests (help with luggage, open doors for you when your hands are busy, remove used dishes in restaurant before you explicitly ask for this, etc. - all minor things, but correspond to 3* service).

the location is good
We were very unhappy about the rooms, they were not clean at all and we found 2 dead cockroaches and the hotel staff left them on the floor until we called them and asked them to clean it up. Very poor service and this hotel definitely doesn't deserve 5 stars!!! We went to complain to the hotel manager and they gave us 2 other rooms but it was not much better. And we were not the only guest who complained.
